Omeya Home Owners Association

The Omeya Home Owners Association (OHOA) is an independent non-profit company founded in 2010 with the charge to promote, advance and protect the communal interests of the Home-Owners and Residents at the estate.

The company is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the estate. This includes the security, gardening services, refuse removal, shuttle service, staff bus service, finances and administration.
